MANILA, Philippines - President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. is ready to undergo a lifestyle check, Malacañang said Friday.
Palace Press Officer Claire Castro issued the statement after Sen. Risa Hontiveros challenged the President to set an example by also subjecting himself to a lifestyle check amid the investigation into anomalous flood control projects.

Speaking to reporters, Castro said the President was even open to making his Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN) public.

"All members of the Executive are ready for a lifestyle check, including the President," Castro said during a press briefing.
